Hello Everyone,
I am back from the black hole that is university and I officially have time to devote to my blog again. To get things rolling for the summer I have created a step by step, printable pdf of how to patch denim jeans. Please feel free to download, link, share, or reblog my tutorial and don’t forget to leave me feedback on how I can improve for the next one. Speaking of which, what would you like to see as my next mending tutorial? Leave a message with suggestions.

this is great! I need this so badly. My only problem will be finding the correct wash and stretch for the patch….

Excellent! My husband just asked if I could repair a pair of his and I was going to get one of those iron-on patches. I’ll try this instead!

awesome and timely, I just got back from from walking my dog and was wearing my glasses rather than contacts which makes my depth perception wonky. Yep, I tripped over a curb and sprawled into the street, the glasses went flying and I scraped my knee and hand and cut a toe which got blood all over my sandals. What I’m most upset over was the new hole in my jeans. They are comfortable and flattering and I love them.

Oh my goodness, that truly is tragic. I’ve done similar things myself (although usually on flat even ground with no obstacles in sight) and it’s always worse when you demo some beloved piece of clothing. However, I am certain you can save the day with a patch on your jeans. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask!
